Topic: IMPORTANT LESSONS FOR THE EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF THE LEADER
All church leaders experience successive waves of intense and sometimes traumatic situations. Over time these experiences can take a serious mental and emotional toll on a leader. Leaders, seeking to work through such pain can develop unhealthy patterns for addressing their emotional life.
