Top Posts in Last Year

Top Post Awards

I want to thank my readers for stretching me to think and write about disciple-making. It can be discouraging when no one reads what an author writes. Over the last 12 months, there have been 23,917 users who viewed 53,875 blog pages, including the top posts I am about to share. Those stats tell me that there is interest in discipleship, and it encourages me to stay the course.

Top Posts

The following are the top posts from April 2019 – March 2020. I share them so you can see what others have searched for and found to be helpful. I hope you find new help in this list:

Three Reasons Why Discipleship is Important had more than 3,300 pageviews during this year. Wow! With 500 posts on the blog now, that is a huge chunk of pageviews for the year for just one post. Discipleship is important, and it appears that you have been seeking reasons to explain its importance to others.

The remaining five posts on the top post list ranged from 126 – 360 pageviews (bottom to top). Some of those posts were written by my blog predecessors, like Dr. Steve Rice, who serves as my Team Leader at the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Again, for individual posts in a one-year period, that shows much interest.

Additional Readers

These stats don’t recognize how many times posts may have been read when they have been sent to aggregate blog reader programs. And they don’t count the number of subscribers who read blog posts when they received them by email. Feel free to enter your email in the Subscribe by Email box on the upper right. I write a post nearly every week. If it helps, pass it along. If it does not connect, simply hit the delete button in your email.

Thank you again for your interest in the important work of disciple-making. The mission our Lord gave us was worth His life, death, and resurrection. It is worth your life and mine as well. Be a disciple. Make disciples!
